The Weiss Family
We are a military family who recently relocated from Honolulu, Hi to Camp Hill, Pa. Thru a friend, Jamie Berrier was recommended to us for our real estate needs.
Our needs were specific and yet challenging. We did not have the luxury of flying back and forth thousands of miles to choose a home. After speaking with Jamie we felt comfortable in allowing her to locate some target homes in our chosen area. Once homes were located, Jamie went in and took multiple pictures of each home and presented them to us. Jamie addressed all our concerns and questions to each sales representative and owners. Our questions and concerns were handled within 24 hours. When it came time to offer and negotiate, Jamie provided professional and efficient service to our family and made the whole process nearly problem free. We do not think it could have gone any smoother for our family and we greatly appreciate her efforts.
In the end we bought the home, without physically seeing the home. Jamie and her team supported us by coordinating the home inspection and testing, mortgage financing, and closing. We never set foot in the home until 30 days after closing. It went off without a hitch. It is hard enough to do these types of transactions when you are within the buying region, let alone 5000 miles away. Jamie and her team made it effortless.
